Therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavior, strength-based, solution focused, and person-centered. Areas addressed include anger management, stress management, anxiety management, depression, medical challenges, coping with life transitions, relationships, communication, behavior, parenting, self-esteem, coping with grief and loss, and managing conflict, among other areas. These areas are not exhaustive and treatment will likely address many areas that intersect with one another.

Mr. Solondz is hopeful that together in therapy we can work collaboratively, strengthen skills, and address solutions to assist you in striving to greater heights in your future. Everyone is a unique individual and there is no one predetermined path for everyone. Therapeutic treatment is a road I will help you navigate.
